No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email boundlessblackness@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

• Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

 

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is approved due to an order issue.​
